Team Coaching and Team Building can be powerful ways to engage your team and help them to move forward effectively. Join me in an offsite or retreat setting where we can co-create a high-value, high-performing team around topics including business planning, leadership, resiliency, growth mindset, pivoting during times of change, communication, and more. We will work together to define goals, create team leadership and ownership, put plans into place and identify and remove blocks that may be getting in the way of your team’s success.

Teams can be created for many purposes. It can be a leadership team, a cross functional team, a departmental team etc. Whatever the team looks like, it needs to consider its purpose, which actually comes from outside the team, and should consider its stakeholders, including both internal employees, other teams, other departments  within the organization and the organization as a whole, etc., and external (customers, vendors, investors, community in which it exists etc.)

I will evaluate the team starting exactly where it is, which will lead us to designing a program and co-creating a coaching plan with you to help you achieve a high functioning, high-value team.

Energy Leadership Coaching and the Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI)

How do you go from being a manager and leader to great leadership? The Energy Leadership index assessment can be used to enlighten individuals on how they are showing up in their work life and personal life, energetically. With this awareness comes the ability to address issues and make changes. It can help to reinforce how important it is to show up in a way that empowers others and oneself alike. Learn how to get buy-in from the team and empower others to succeed and be the best they can be. Learn how to address people who are “not on the bus” so to speak.

Goal Setting

The art of setting those big goals! Where do you begin? First we take a look at where you want to go and where you have been. What is holding the team back from reaching the goals. We will address the challenges and opportunities to come up with the right goals for the group! 

Business & Marketing Planning

With over 20 years working in business development and marketing, I can craft a program specifically for your company designed to walk you through the process of setting business and marketing goals, and the strategies needed to achieve them. Through collective input and brainstorming, I encourage group participation and buy-in at all levels. The process can help to stretch the imagination of what is possible and help bring it into focus with a functional plan.
